In loving service to His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acharya: International Society for Krishna Consciousness, we provide support, training and inspiration to artists aspiring to serve Srila Prabhupada in opening windows to the spiritual world.

The BBT will be holding their fifth annual art seminar in Vrindavana, India, from October 28th to November 17, 2011. At last year’s seminar, taught by veteran ISKCON artists Dhriti Dasi and Ram Dasa Abhirama Dasa, sixteen international students learned practical techniques as well as the mood essential in producing devotional art.

This year, the course is once again free for the fifteen most-qualified applicants, who will learn BBT Art Department procedures, how to approach painting spiritual subjects, and of course, new techniques. It’s also a unique chance to learn from artists trained in the standards Srila Prabhupada taught, and to paint Krishna in His holy birthplace.

Srila Prabhupada

"The people today are fascinated by so much of the glimmering so-called beauty of the external energy, and there is necessity of seeing beautiful pictures of Krishna and His devotees and His pastimes, in order to attract them to the spiritual process. So this is a great service, and there is urgent need for such paintings."
